Shortly i will b needed to attend my psychometric test by a certain company concerning hr graduate in one week to come, now will u plz help me on how the psychometric test is about? Can i have intense preparation in all human resource topics and matters? I will be thankful for your response

This is kind of test used by professional HR for measuring Aptitude & Mental ability.

These tests aim to measure attributes like intelligence, aptitude and personality, providing a potential employer with an insight into how well you work with other people, how well you handle stress, and whether you will be able to cope with intellectual demands of the job.
There are two main types of psychometric tests:
Psychometric selection test:-

----> Aptitude & Ability test
