Hi,
I would like to know if you have enrolled for this program. Also, what is your aim once you are done with this program? Would you like to be a trainer? Or are you already one?
Based on your answers, I could help clarify your doubt.
Thanks and Regards,
Avani Bhatnagar.

Dear Avani,
Thanks so much for responding to my post.
I am a freelance soft skills trainer and have enrolled for this diploma for the current session. Since ISTD is a govt. recognized diploma, it would add to my resume and also give me training based inputs.Hope, i have clarified your question.
Kindly provide your valuable inputs.
thanks

Hi,
Since you already are a trainer, I am sure you have ample experience. Based on your experience and your learnings from the industry - which are live and practical , you could go through the study material and attempt your assignments(which you must have recd.). In case , you feel that the course material does not quench your thirst for knowledge, you could go on to refer a few other books. However, this would mean a lot of time consumption.
Based on whatever I have learnt and practiced in the last 10 years or so , I as a student of ISTD would stick to the books and not go beyond them. Although I would definitely refer to my own modules etc that I have from various organisations and companies that I have worked with. This will enable me to gain insight into the topic.
Hope this clarifies your doubt.
Thanks and Regards,
