Thanks very much for your advise. By the way the company will increase salary to all staff 1year a time on April every year, with this my salary increase to $250/month. But this is not reach up to what I wishes should be ($350 to $400 per month). Because I'm working for this company since March 2008 until now. That why I would like you to writing the sample to me for post to my MD ask for increment. Could you please help me on this matter?
