What can be done if we dont want to pay Paid leave in FNF.
The problem we are facing is that employees are leaving within six months, during which leaves get alloted within three months.
Is there any starutary obligation to pay PL's in FNF???
Please suggest any alternate solution.

Dear Sir
As far as factories act is concerned Nothing specified about en cashment of leave.
But it is moral obligation to pay for the accrued leave to the employee leaving the organisation.

Rashmi, I think they are eligible to get PL/EL after serving 90 days, 1 day for every 20 working days. They should be encashed at the time of FnF settlement. Pon
