Can Some one Guide for the Maximum woking days of an empolee according to Law.
i.e. an employee woking in the company continuously from last two weeks even on Sunday as well what is the rule for Continuous working days.

Maximam working hours are 48 in a week and after 48 hours person should get one day break.

As per the factory act and payment of Wage act, No person can work in any establishment more than 48 hours in a week. further provided that maximum hour is 9 hour in a day, again in special case a employee can regularly work for maximum 10 days but in this case you will take prior approval from inspecting Authority.
The above law only applicable for workers.
But for executive / Manager are not come into that category because they are in management part so they can work even more than 48 hour in a week.
