Formats required for budgeting the retail payroll cost , training tracker , new hiring tracker , absconding tracker , Exit tracker also need your support to properly know the differences between budgeted and actual in respect to hyper markets.
I have been assigned with the new projects were i have to formulate all the processes , formats and tracking system which will help my organisation to have better understanding of the actuals on the budgeted nos. my key area would be managing the entire retail payroll cost by tracking Absenteeism , Open Vacancies , Exits , Absconding and many more.\
