Benny,
initially you would be getting superficial/ cosmetic feedback, handle it for the first few months. everybody would be gauzing the seriousness of mgmt over this issue.
remember one thing:
a) acknowledge each and every suggestion that you receive
b) Think of ways to say YES (normally mgmt wants to maintain status quo and procrastinates over trivial matters eg plumbing/ electrical installatons etc).
c) if possible initaite an award for good performance amongst variousdomains, the award can be given quarterly, one for each process/ work area.
