as per the subject i want to inquire about some PF deduction to be started.
For Example :
a company where 200 persons are employeed. out of these 200 persons only 50 persons PF deduction is being done as their basic salary is upto 6500, but from next month we want to include every one in the PF deduction i.e we want PF deduction for 200 persons. is it advisabe to do so or we have to include only new joinees in the PF.
