I agree with the presentation, but also understand that BOSS is always RIGHT. When you argue with you boss is like rolling in the mud as pig, the more you argue the more you roll in the mud. This is my thinking other may surely differ. Any case nice thing to read.

one should always know to say 'NO' in a manner that it dosen’t hurt anyone. sometimes we say 'Yes' for the sake of 'what the other person will think about me'..
