I am working with Mid size IT company and we have few employees frequently travelling to USA & UK. We don't have any formal "International Travel Policy" and i am suppose to prepare one where there are all the aspects covered like employee's Per Diem, travel, lodging, boarding, laundry, Hotel Tip etc
