I need some guidance from all of you. I am designing a training program for the leadership development of the first line supervisor.
As per the needs, we have come across needs like being emapthic, giving feedback, building a team, communicating well.
My main aim is of sensitizing the role and building competency around these areas.
I want to know whether I should start with a game where these issues come up or should I follow the structure of introducing the concept and then playing a game.
I want how can i fulfill the aim of building the competency.
