Hi All,
I just join as an HR manager in a infrastructure company which is mainly into excavation work. They are just introducing HR in their company.I have completed my MBA into HR in 201,so i do not have that much practical knowledge of all the work but have theoritical knowledge.
Please help me out in payroll, policies and other things.

Good evening madam, is ESI applicable to construction companies?if applicable tel me reason?not why?

ESi applicable on 15000/- as per government norms. before 2010 april it is applicable on 10000 but after amendment it becomes 15000.
ESI is also deducted in construction company.
coz the basic of ESI is any business organization having more than 10 employees and the gross salary is less than or equal to 15000, he /she is applicable to deduct ESI.
contribution rate of ESI is: Ee 4.75%

Hi All,
Last week i received job offer from on of Company, i accept it and put my resignation in current organisation, but now they have tken stand that without suitable replacement we are not relese u, so now i have to inform this in new company whether any letter format for this. Please reply me immediatly.
