Your suggetsed org structure seems great however i dont know what the previous structure was and how this new one will help.. anyhow it looks good.. my only suggestion is that try to make HR and Admin as a seperate dept rather than having them together this will help HR to focus on parterning business at a more stratergic level rather then wasting much of the time in doing routine administrative job....
