this is lavanya, recently joined in a software company as Hr recruiter, could u pls explain about rounds in interview process, step by step. plsssss i would be really thank ful to them

Dear Ms.Lavanya,
Please make sure you have following forms with you.
Blank application form.
Interview rating sheet.
Conduct the 1st round of interview with a technical person and 2nd round with HR person.
You can also conduct the Psycometric test, for evaluating candidates.
Depending upon the rating of both the persons you can select or reject the candidate.

Hi Lavanya
You may have a preliminary round to screen the candidates & to shortlist the candidates based on the performance in pre. round.
And then you may have the HR interview (for further shortlisting based on attitude) & then the tech. interview. After all these process you may offer the candidate.
