Have been with this group only for a very short time.
I am not a HR man or a manager
I was reading some of the PPT about Management in general
I am attaching a PPT on What sort of a manager are you?
I prepared this a while ago, modifying what I read from a book by Phil Cosby. Would love your comments on this

Good presentation well structured and thought provoking I am seeing such useful presentation after a long time. I hope it is not an adaptation from the book!!! we find straight out of book presentations these days
