Before One Year I Resigned My Previous Job How Can I Get My Pf Money

Hi, Last year i resigned my previous job but that time i don’t have time to apply PF Withdraw. Could you please give a suggestion for, Is it possible to apply and get now? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Yes, after 1yr also u can apply for PF .....i think affidavit is needed only when u r applying after 3 or 4 yrs.

Hi,
Yes you are having right to claim the PF. Contact your company HR regarding this. Bank statment copy is needed as a proof.
The only thing is you have to fill Form10c and Form 19 which is attached here.
