Gautam,
You need to start with identifying the needs for each function in your organization. This can be done by:
1. Going through the appraisal data
2. Meeting with the managers 1:1 and asking them relevant questions
3. Meeting with the target audience and doing the same as step 2
4. Prioritizing the needs
5. Identifying and agreeing upon outcomes
6. Identifying vendors
7. Managing the execution
8. Tracking effectiveness
Please let me know if you need my assistance in any of the above areas.
Regards

Hi there,
It depends on the company policy. In our organization we have decided that the policy is employees are entitled to 10 working days training annually.
You need to agree with the Management how many days employees are entitled or how many trainings the employee is entitled baring in mind there are 3 types of training.
In house Training: Training conducted in the organsiation,
Local Training : Training conducted in the country, locally,
Overseas Training: Training conducted outside your country.
My previous organsiation used to allocate one local training and one overseas training and e training as long as attend any number of In house training as long as its relevant to the job or nominated by division manager
