His salary for the previous sunday will not be deducted as he has worked till saturday, only if he would have taken an off on saturday and monday them his salary would have been deducted.

if any person took leave on both previous and next day of weekly off or paid holiday, salary can be deducted from for that day or he may apply leave for that day.

Dear Balraj,
Your question seems to be incomplete, as you have not stated whether the person is a contract employee/labor or a regular employee? Position will be different in both the cases. If he is a regular employee he can prefix and suffix both the Sundays with his leave. In case of a contract employee/labor you can deduct salary of only last Sunday and not that of the earlier Sunday, if he has worked for six days prior to that Sunday.
