Dear All,
We need to maintain so many registers in factory. For example, muster roll, wage, leave, accident register, white wash, medical register etc etc under various labour laws. Writing manually is too boring and non value added activity. can we maintain the same in softcopy ??? Will it be acceptable to the concerned authority ??? Any permission required for keeping softcopy instead of hardcopy ???

No in my point of view Hard copy is must there is no special rules to maintain a soft copy from Government end but for our records we can use soft copy but we cannot submit the same to Government
