can you tell if that is after tax deduction?
also, for e.g. the House Rent Allowance is 108800. so it that included automatically in my monthly salary or it would be the amount of bills I submit for reimbursement? What if my house rent is higher or lesser. what happens to the difference?

is it right to say that 'Allowance' is a given as in it does not require bills where as 'reimbursement' is the max amount that will be given against bills?
