Hi,
Recently in a Java/J2EE interview in CTS i had mentioned 6.5 as my expected package.I'm getting 3.46 in IBM now.
I'm a high skilled J2EE techie + I'm having specialized J2EE tool based knowledge.
The tool is very demanding & IBM India has produced only 13 resources so far.CTS has ventured to work with the tool having 7 resources only.
At the HR round i had been asked to convince why they should be paying me so high!
What can be a perfect reply?

No Past company.
Never switched.
Present Company is IBM...that grommed me from fresher with this rare skill.
Got the usual hikes within the Organization and presently getting 3.46
So 'that is why past company give u that salary' doesn't seem to work in this case!
Hence can u please give a elaborate justifiable reply format considering the above scenario? Thanks in Advance.
