Dear All,
My name is Tahir Ali Khan joined CiteHR a new member from Lahore Pakistan. It is very nice to see that professionals are sharing very valuable/supportive HR material on this community site.
As you all are well aware that we HR people start our Rec&Sel process with candidate attitude, as it is the top most important factor in selecting a certain person. I'm sharing a PPS on the topic.
Please do give your feedback about it! thanks.

Dear Sanjay,
many thanks for your welcome!
Dear Erum!
Here is a self-analysis 15 points checklist to assess your attitude.
> do you open yourself up to controversy?
> do you dare to go against the status quo, the traditional working?
> do you have flexibility in your thinking & actions?
> do you have positive mindset?
> do you take different views of every situation?
> do you learn from feedback given to you by others?
> do you focus on the solution rather than problem?
> do you focus on the future?
> do you think on paper?
> do you respect other's new ideas?
> do you boldly accept your mistakes?
> do you learn and improve yourself on regular basis?
> do you listen to others openly?
> do you develop success from failure?
> do you see every problem as an opportunity?
If the answer of all the above questions is "NO" then we need to change our attitude!
