I am management student doing MPM from Pune University. As a part of our curriculum I have to do summer job & submit the project report to the university.
I have decided the topics for this but not yet confirmed.
Topics are :

* Training Need Analysis
* Recruitment & Retention
Though I wish to do my project on these, any summer job where I can learn & do my project will do for me.
