I am planning a best employee award for my gym. Basically, there are only 3 departments in the gym :
- sales (selling gym membership)
- trainers (personal and floor)
- receptionists
Can you provide me with some criterias that I can use to award the best employee of the month with?

U can declare Month of the Employee Department wise..
Like for Sales : Best Sales Person ( it based on Target achievement)
For Admin or Trainers :
Regularity & Punctuality (it based on regular attendance)
or Overall Employee :
Month Of the Employee (it based on overall performance of the Employee)
