Dear All,
I would like to seek you help in all the organisations there are 3 kinds of leaves granted sick leave , casual leave and earned/privillege leaves. If any employee quits the organization and has a leave balance is he entitle to encash his earned leaves. If yes then if the organization refuses to encash then what can be done in this case . Please let me know .

dear payal
as per factories act it should be encashed and if someone refuses to encash u can file a case under payment of wages act.
some states shop and establishment act does not have provision of encashment.
