I want to know whether PF and ESI is deducted from Earned Leave. Thanks Sanjib Datta

For earned leave availed, EPF and ESI will be deducted and it takes place automatically because, ESI/ EPF is deducted from the salary which includes leave days which are paid. On the otherhand, for encashment of earned leave no deuction is required to be made.
