Hi ALL,
I had attended NLP program sometimes back, and thought would share my thoughts on this.
NLP can be used in Counselling and part of it as a recruitment tool(Communication, body language, tones etc).
There are certain techniques for example "How to deal with difficult people ", takes lot of time and mind study. Moreover, with different cross cultural differences globally, how does this work?
Can anyone with more knowledge can would share their views / experience etc?

Dear Anu,
Namaskar.
NLP is a therapeutic technique. I wonder if such a cumbersome technique can be used in recruitment. The first and foremost condition in any psychological intervention is that the client will have to volunteer. Why a difficult person will volunteer and that too to a cumbersome method like NLP?
