Excellent and very well put and a very real analogy for many organisations out there. Unfortunately there are also a great number of managers who believe that their inability to be successful is due to the tools they have been provided or the under performance of the subordinate.

actually the thing we do here is we ourselves will not expose to the realty and we(loosers) will check out for the negatives to self satisfy them by blaming to the situation rather than to check it out for the solution..
i think this is exactly like the politicians of the country

Please do not reiterate a negative mentally on indians. We are doing much better now a days. Stop circulating stories like these where we degrade ourselves. Others do not do it. At least let us not degrade ourselves. Learn from them.

Hi its a nice information , it seems to be so funny :icon6:, teaches us how we made mistakes by implementing more responsibilities to our subordinates and made him demotivated and finally sacked down.. managers should be so responsible in mere future :confused:.. Not every managers!!!:!:

see,at sum extent itz true.......no doubt now a days all r doin gud.......bt it fr jus sum ppl n organizations which follows dis all things.......as an indian we have sympathy we also have soft corner whn sum 1 passes like dis even i thought before passin dis bt i think dat at sum extent sum org like dis.........if it hurts to any1 den sorry!!!!:(
