In our Company we have circular notice that wearing Helmet is Mandatory for those who are riding Motorcycle. But it is observed that so many employee are not wearing Helmet what should we do?

Hi Desai,
You can collect fine from them, but that won't be a long lasting solution, I think.
I don't know your circulation format, but just give a try for this one...
Change the circulation from a perspective of a child or a wife...
Like, a child eagerly expecting his father's return from his office...
It will connect them to their family and will make them to realize the importance of wearing helmet.

Infact, in our organization we are not allowing the associates without helmets , to park their vehicles in the premises. You can give a try to this as well. Regards, Chakravarthi
