Dear All,
I am with USA based MNC involved into engineering operation in India.
In a recent past our indian CEO passed away after having massive cardiac attack which is very shocking for entire company at globe level.
Since this is quiet new operation in India still policies like Death Bonevolent/ Retiral etc. to be formulated. Now having this shocking incident USA management is quiet eager to understand good policy/practices prevailing in India as to extend the help to deceased family in the hour of crisis.
In this connect I look forward response from fellow colleage if they share their companies policy which will help me to define our policy.
Please TREAT THIS AS MOST URGENT as I need to respond them by today evening.
Regards,
ACCHR
