Dear Vidyaranya
Welcome aboard. Ceiling limit of Bonus is Rs.10000/-. Calculation is as fallows if basic is Rs.3500/- or above
3500*No of months*(8 to 12)%
Incase Basic is less than Rs.3500/-. For e.g. Rs.3400/- then the calculation is as fallows
3400*No of months*(8 to 12)%
Incase of any clarifications kindly revert.

Dear Prathima,

Thanks for valuable information, I think below mentioned formula (in excel sheet) will be easy to calculate Bonus;- "=IF(basic+DA>=3500,3500,IF(Basic+DA<=3500,(Basic+ DA*8.33%)*No of month)", please comment.
