It's very sad that while people are freely consume liquor at public places such as roadside etc., the smokers' freedom of smoking has been curtailed. Firstly we should pass an act to end corruption and no party leader's kin become minister, then we can go ahead for improving the health of citizens. In a country where everything is polluted/corrupted, what is the use of this act? It's really pathetic :)
