Hello
Generally so many employees will have interest in Gardening or taking care of plants.
you can put a notice, that those who have interest in maintaining Plants in the office premises can contact hr.
You can give one plant to one employee and them to take care of that particular plant like watering, removing unneccessary shaded leafs, changing mud once in 6 months, It can be done in 10 minutes while leaving office or in the morning.
You can name those particular plant with the names of the caretaker employee.
You have to provide them proper light and air to plants, you have to purchase plants or can ask employee to get plants from their home.
regards
Tejesh.
