Hi,
Would you pls let me know what is your definition to employ turnover?
Is it the ratio of the number of left member (discharge, voluntary resign, retired, etc.) and the total number of formal Staff (new hired and the original retained) in the whole year?
And how do you calculate it? And how to use the calculated result?
Hope to let your smart idea. Thx.
Best regards,
Iris
