Hi ,
I don't think if your salary is 24945 you are applicable for ESCI and PT is 200 if you are in maharashtra and basic in 50% or 40% of your gross salary {It depends on company to company } and Business development incentive also depends on company to company.
Plz correct me if i am wrong .
